The management of human resources is a challenge to Vardhman during this time of organizational change and strategic realignment. The knowledge, creativity and skills of Vardhman employees provide the Organization with a distinct competitive advantage. For the above reason it is therefore essential that staff members are developed and deployed within the organization so as to deliver the maximum advantage and output towards organizational business goals and challenges.
The Strategic Plan has been developed to increase the effectiveness of managing the human resource functions within Vardhman and to align human resource management and development with the Organization's objectives towards making the SBU model within the organization.
The Strategic Plan supports Vardhman overall strategic plan and objectives, which specifically addresses recruitment, employment opportunity, direction and growth, staff development, performance management, inter- relations, workplace health and workforce planning and communication.
2. Sectional objective and planning :
The continuing HR strategic focus will be to place the right person/skill mix with the right position and utilizing the Organization's human talents is vital in order for the Organization to maximize the benefits of the enterprise solution.
The restructuring and decentralization process is made with adequate care and systems in place so as to gain the maximum output of the talents and outcomes from the members.
Our motto: Maintain equitable and efficient processes to ensure that Vardhman is adequately and effectively staffed with the best available people.
In line with Vardhman business goals, the development of performance management framework which focuses on performance and career development outcomes for all staff Members and those are as follows :
- Align performance objectives of the individual with the business goals of the Organization.
- Ongoing A workforce which has contributed to the development of the goals of the Organization.
- Develop a framework, which will manage serious misconduct and discipline issues.
- A motivated workforce who is trained to meet the requirements of the individual as well as Vardhman management goals.
3. Training & development:
The involvement and support of senior management in Human Resource Planning is imperative so as to assist the Organization in meeting its long-term strategic business initiatives. In order for managers to best utilize their human resources it is the goal of Human Resources to provide the Organization with resource policies that advance the security and growth of staff members along with development. These policies and practices are assisting Vardhman to reach its strategic objectives and meet legislative obligations by encouraging best practice in human resource management and quality management.
The possibility of making the business objectives as success is to make the total process in more effective and systematic way of providing training and development initiatives.
4. Planning and implementation :
- Identification of various training needs within the organization
