VSPL is totally devoted toward providing quality products to customers according to their customized requirements and this continuous urge at VSPL has made it possible to earn the ISO 9001 Certification. With introduction of ISO system, VSPL has set up a culture to prevent the occurrence of defect in the production and as a result we strongly follow the path of TQM, where we plan the quality improvement to reduce the cost of poor quality. This in turn enables us to control the production cost, which ensures that we remain competitive.

VSPL has already applied for NABL Approval which will be one of its kinds in Transformer Lamination Industry.

Various measures are being taken to ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing materials till up to finished lamination or core and their packaging. It is also assured that all the measuring instruments used for quality checks are approved by the Govt. recognized Agency to ensure accuracy and exactness. In addition to our quality material supply, the Cut to length line installed at our plant also provides the added benefits of precise core cutting, core losses as well as reduction of noise level up to 15%
